Number: 5251556766, share capital: 3.163.500,00 zł, hereinafter called CRIF, an administrator of data with regard to personal information processing, hereby presents the following principles governing the use of Cookies on this website in accordance with art. 173 of the act of 16 July, 2014 - Law on Telecommunications (the uniform text in the Journal of Law of 2016, 1489 as amended).

What are Cookies?
Cookie file is a fragment of text that internet service (e.g. website) sends to a visitor's web browser. The browser automatically saves the Cookie on the user’s computer and automatically returns it to the server every time the user visits the website. Each Cookie contains different data, for example the name of the server from which they come, numeric ID, etc. Cookies are stored in the system for as long as the session lasts (i.e. until the Visitor closes the browser) or for a longer period; Cookies may also contain an individual identifier. Default settings of almost all Internet browsers can automatically accept Cookie files. Types of Cookies used by CRIF
Under the website service the following types of Cookies are used;
- Technical: cookies that are strictly necessary to send the message by the electronic communication network or, if required, to the provider of informative services for the purpose of provision of services expressly requested by the subscribing entity or the user. This category may be divided into: navigation or session cookies that ensure navigation and the use of the website under normal conditions, analytics cookies considered as technical cookies if used directly by the website administrator for the purpose of collection of joint information on the number of users and the manner they use the website, functionality cookies, that enable the user’s navigation based on a number of selected criteria to improve the quality of services provided to the user.
- Profile-building: cookies used to trace how the user navigates in the network and to create the user’s profile, containing the user’s preferences, choices and habits. On the basis of such cookies it is possible send advertising messages to the user’s computer meeting the user’s preferences.
- Third party cookies: the files coming from the website other than the one that is actually visited by the user. In the course of navigation through the website, the user may receive cookies coming from other websites or Internet servers (hereinafter called “third parties”) that may contain certain elements (including pictures, maps, sounds, specific links to websites from other domains) present on the website visited by the user.

How to enable, disable and delete Cookies

Not only some functions may be unavailable due to the above but viewing of certain websites may turn out to be impossible as well. In addition, blocking cookies does not mean that the display of advertisements shall be blocked as well.
